- Refunding Credits
1.1. All Credits purchased are non-refundable. ULPO.co.in shall not offer any return of Credits in circumstances where the Contact(s) provided are accurate, but the Prospective Customer chooses not to respond to your introduction or if you fail to secure the job with the Prospective Customer. Additionally, if a Prospective Customer decides not to engage any of the professionals introduced by us, which is at their sole discretion, no refund of Credits shall apply.
1.2. ULPO.co.in reserves the right to refund Credits in exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion. In the event that ULPO.co.in agrees to a refund, you acknowledge that you will not receive a monetary refund for those Credits. Instead, the refundable Credits will be reinstated to your ULPO.co.in profile account.
